Nadalena Radis-CobbsBorn in Dubrovnik, Croatia, Nadalena Radis-Cobbs grew up amidst ancient fortresses, weathered stone architecture, cobblestone streets and the stunning Adriatic sea. Nadalena first artworks were pressed flower collages and mosaics, made of hand-cut pieces of seashells. Her first exhibition was 1984 in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Nadalena lived in Dubrovnik in 1991 during the war. Living through and experiencing first hand the destruction and travesty of the war gave Nadalena even more appreciation for beauty and art.

In 2001 Nadalena was living in Northern California and decided to be full time artist. Not long after her artworks were displayed and for sale in art galleries in Carmel, Ca. (Winters Fine Art and Diamond Gallery). Today Nadalena lives in Southern California and specializes in original paintings of California, Croatia, coastal scenes, landscapes, and historical architecture. She also enjoys making abstract paintings. Over the years countless pieces of Nadalena’s have been purchased by lovers of art, investors, and private collectors.

Nadalena is member of Dana Point Art Association, California Art Club, Southern California Plein Air Painters Association (SOCALPAPA) and Laguna Beach Plein Air Painters Association (LPAPA). Nadalena is currently showing her artwork in Hugo Rivera Gallery, downtown Laguna Beach, Ca.
